Carefully mark, and cut the headliner, then it's a matter of running wires (should be able to find all the connections you need at the dome light, so I'd run it from there) and piecing together some kind of bracket to hold it in place. One wire is ground ones the power from the dash panel fuse coming from the headlight switch and the other is the lights thems selves. Look at different cars, and pick one that you like, then grab as much of the wiring / bracketry as you can get. The swich pries out of the dash and you can test it withthe test light. Pull over, tighten it, and take a look at the cap to see if it. (which was good, i didnt want to pay for a new tail light if I wasnt changing them yet.) 2003 Accord EX-L Sapphire Blue. After that Honda may pay me part of repair to get that light back. but for diagnostic I have to go back and pay 95.00 + tax. The heater control-panel lights may not glow when the switch is pressed. If your car isn’t feeling jerky or strange when the check engine light comes on, the first thing you should check is the gas cap. I bought Honda Accord, model EX, in April 2003. The check engine light will also illuminate, and OBD trouble codes P0700, P0730, P0740, P0780, P1768 and/or P1768 will be stored in the computer. Other Accords were little changed for 1995 except that the EX wagon now came. Rough shifting may occur, and the D4 light and check engine may begin to blink. The overload as the radio was connected possibly wrong can blow this switch instead of blowing the fuse. Honda Accord models may develop shifting issues with the automatic transmission accompanied by warning lights. If it's still not working you may need to investagate the dash light dimmer swich that turns the brightness up and down to the dash lights. You might need to use a test light to look for power and when you find it turn the lights on and off the be shure that you have the right wire. try the dash lights, if their workingyou need to find the wire at the radio and make sure it"s not being connected to ground. Replace the fuse.( if their not uswed up the fuse panel has extra fuses and thier marked as spares). then go though the fuse and find the blown one under the dash fuse panel. Did you use a store bought adapter the plugs into the honda wire harness to connect the radio? Idf not you may have the dash light wire grounded with the radio and it's blown the dash light fuse.

Most cars have the dash light wire in the wires going to the radio.
